about
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to color, texture, and the way design can transform a space or tell a story.
After attending the University of Alabama, my professional path took me into marketing — a world that sharpened my sense of composition, storytelling, and visual impact. Along the way, painting became a creative outlet that quickly evolved into something more. What began as a few pieces for myself and close friends soon led to commissions from collectors and designers, turning my passion into an ongoing part of my life and work.
A self-taught artist, I work instinctively — layering acrylic, oil, and gouache, often incorporating mixed media for added texture and depth, until each piece finds its balance. My inspiration comes from interior design, nature, and the unexpected color pairings found in everyday life.
I live and work in my hometown of Montgomery, Alabama, with my husband, our two children, a crazy dog, and a bobtail cat. My favorite days are spent in my garage studio on a beautiful day, painting until I lose track of time.
